Enable reading or writing by only one (or a selectable number) transfer at a time per device

This is especially useful on spinning HDDs or if the overall transfer rate drops due to oversaturation

Perhaps a device profiling benchmark or generic profile per device type

The ability to create/save manual groups/profiles could be good, especially in a VM since the hardware likely isn’t what it appears
