Add datetime values to output/export logs

Currently, a HTML log will just have the date that the report was generated. It is helpful to have the date and time values for when the job begins and ends. This is helpful for those of us working in digital preservation who want to have logging that satisifies standards such as PREMIS, which requires datetime values for ‘events’.
