Error opening hash files with secondary user

If I open a .xxh3 file on the administrator user account that installed TeraCopy v3.17, it starts verifying the file list, as expected.

But if I do the same under another user account, in this case without administrator privileges, it runs the TeraCopy installer instead, and it does this everytime that I try to perform such an operation.
