Issue with new version crashing and removing and using an older version

I had been using teracopy v 4.0 for a few weeks and upon transferring files between SSD and NVMe drives crashes occurred so I removed v 4.0 rebooted and ran the installer for 3.17 which worked perfectly now I can no longer install that version as all folders needed have been removed
