Skip to next file when read speed goes lower than a set threshold?

Is this possible? I have a hard drive that’s in the process of failing and it has literally millions of files on it, and it’s unfeasible to allow reads to fail because there are so many files it’ll take forever. Does or can Teracopy support setting a minimal viable read speed below which it should skip to the next file?
