In TeraCopy 4.0.28, the window decorations (Integrated toolbar & window controls) move when the window is maximized versus when it is floating.
When floating on a 1080p display, the decorations render 8px from the top of the window with 10px of padding below. However, when maximized, the decorations renders with no spacing from the top of the window and maintains the 10px padding below.
