Teracopy 4 Hanging after copies

I upgraded my Teracopy 3 to version 4. Since doing so, the program consistently hangs when the copy successfully completes. I have it set to stay open upon completion. When I try to exit, the program hangs, and then Windows 11 Pro reports that it has stopped responding. Any solutions?
