Unable to toggle Register Copy Handler off

TeraCopy 64-bit version 3.17

OS: Windows 11 22H2

In TeraCopy version 3.17, the Register Copy Handler and Add to Explorer context menu options cannot be toggled off. Deselecting these options from the menu and pressing "OK" retains the copy handler and context menu presence, even after restarting TeraCopy and Windows Explorer. Returning to the options menu shows that these options have reverted to an enabled state.
