Webhook notification support

if we are moving large amount of files or if the transfer speed is really slow our option is to set pc to shutdown/sleep or hibernate. (although i have an option called pushover . ps1 - i dont remember if i attempted to setup this script at somepoint or its default.)

can you please add an option to add pushover and or ntfy api keys so we get notified on our phones when transfer is complete?
