One task needed...and it does it perfectly

I use a photo editing app that is somewhat brain-dead about where to save exported files; it only knows about “the last folder used” which does me no good when my workflow is always “back into the source folder” (and I have hundreds of “source folders" as I organize by date). Luckily, my app can open the source folder in Windows File Explorer so, once I do that, I switch back to my app, initiate the export dialog, and switch to the proper File Explorer window and back and, presto, Direct Folders switches the export dialog’s destination folder over to the proper “source folder” where I may continue with the export process. Funny thing: It take twenty times longer to describe the process than to actually do it now that DF is there for me.

Great app! I used to use something like DF on my Mac 20 years ago. :D
