Portable version

Direct FoldersIssue

Please can the portable version be updated and a link put beside the normal installer? So it gets updated in tandem.

Thanks.

If not including a portable or non admin rights installer within the drop down of RC5 for version 4, at least putting a link in the typical download section for the windows portable version of each current release would be greatly appreciated.
